Victor's eyes begin to glow a deep dark red color and so he shoots the energy out of his eyes towards the target, however the laser eye beam stops before it hits the opponent and then Victor raised both of his hands pointing out a finger on each hand and concentrates energy on it and makes a type of beam, he them moves his hand and so the beam with a restricted lenght moves as well, and so he cuts the eye beam thing unto many pieces. Once it has been done, he stops using the energy on his fingers and then concentrates on the pieces of energy. He then move them all with his mind, thought it is quite weak there is a lot of them and they can attack in many directions.

Planet: Planet Earth

Characters story: Victor was born on the powerful planet Vegeta. When Victor was 3 years old, he liked to punch and kick and run as fast as he could until he dropped every single day. His parents then knew he would become a great Saiyan. At the age of six Victor went to trained under a Master on Planet Vegeta and studied very hard to become a strong Saiyan. During his time, he was given a diamond necklace at the age of 8 from his parents. His master described him as a lazy, insignificant brat who wouldn't accomplish anything. Victor then, just to prove them wrong, passed the tests that he assigns to his subordinates and he finished them all at the age of 11. His home planet as he discovered, being older and "not needing his parents to walk him around," was very rich and profitable. He even heard that it made some planets jealous and mad. Sure enough when Victor was twelve Frieza's Empire attacked them. The Saiyans put up a valiant fight but when it came down to it the Saiyans were almost wiped out. The survivors hid as they knew they would be killed if they stayed in sight. Victor traveled from place to place for the next few years, learning his special techniques on his own along the way. One night when Victor was walking to the next village at the age of 16 his necklace started glowing and burning. In a few seconds the necklace became cold again and it looked like it does now. The next morning, despite the previous days event he continued his traveling. None of the Saiyans would recognize him as a Saiyan (as a Warrior)or a resident so he decided to become a wanderer. He has gotten into a fight with another Saiyan named Raika. It was a long and intricate battle, causing Victor to go all out and be knocked out by a simple punch. Hours had passed when Victor had finally woken up from his knocked out state and saw that Raika was gone. He was mad, and the next day he was sent to Earth. However his space ship was malfunctioning and as he was entering the earth's orbit it sent out violent and painful electrical waves, this forced Victor to get out but once again he had fallen unconscious and so that was the day where he had fallen to Earth. As expected, he had seriously bumped his head and with that he had forgotten about everything, aside from the basic things such as breathing, mathematical things etc...
