Gangsters On The Move! Last Part: Cybernetic Crime!!?

[Weighted Armor used on this topic.]
[Note: this topic is formed of three posts, you may grade as it progresses. I prefer if you didn't.]

Time and again, Yamcha, the ruler of Diablo Desert was able to take control of the situation of the pests that came to interfere with his job as a thief who lives on other people's money and capsules, most likely unless they really do seem to be in a bad condition and have good purposes. Those Gangsters Yamcha and Puar took care of were not much of a challenge at all, but the two thieves were in their debt. Thanks to them, the two warriors got a serious training, although the small area in Diablo Desert was not as near a good training as with King Kai, like the Z Fighter did in the past after dying to the hands of Vegeta and his companion, Nappa. But time has indeed past and Yamcha was strong enough to take Vegeta from that time... At the very least. Him and his cat companion both had a great time living like they used to before meeting up with Goku and the Z Fighters, meaning once again roaming Diablo Desert and waiting for small, weak victims to fall into their hands handing over any valuable thing they have on themselves. But those Gangsters were simply pests, they never even had much valuable things anyway, as those were stolen from other people. Stealing a stolen item isn't much fun.

Puar the small cat prove to be strong enough to stand for himself as well, not letting only his lord take all the fame and fun about this, he also took several parts in fighting the Gangsters, just like a few times ago. It was many times now that the two warriors repelled the Gangsters from making their lives only a bit more miserable by not only existing, but also by attempting to prevent people to get into the desert and locating Yamcha and Puar's lair. They were a real pain, and the two warriors had to take them out every time, which wasn't such a harsh task, but in time these kind of things get old and annoying, though Yamcha would never kill anyone with such minor crimes, he's not trying to be a hero of justice or something similar, just a regular bandit who lives upon others' money, which turns out to be an easy job if you are capable of some damage to others and containing a certain power in your fists. The two lived happily withing their lair which actually turned out being a large boulder from the area. No one would have guessed the two had this hiding place all along, and it was simply perfect for them. Hiding there, looking upon anyone who comes to Diablo Desert using Puar's clever telescope system, which looks really convenient when you think about it for a small while. And so, as they were defeated day and again, the Gangsters couldn't hold their anger (in the first place, being a total bunch of knuckleheads who only think of causing others pain) anymore and decided to put an end to Yamcha and Puar's reign over the desert, wanting to take their place. This turned into a war of territory, and what's more irritating is - the enemy are only two people they can't touch.

The gangsters' gang name was 'Afro Riders', a pretty lame name picked by one of their larger members, physically though. Afro Riders had a small base located in Diablo Desert as well, allowing them to prepare themselves for their reign when it'll finally come and they'll get rid of that annoying pest Yamcha when they will finally be able to find a way to do so. It was getting harder and harder by the day to come up with a good enough plan to do that, plus their stupid brains couldn't allow them to come up with anything good enough. These strange gangsters had put much effort into thinking of a plan while living on drugs and other things that probably most humans don't need in order to survive. They were more like punks than gangsters on first sight, but the truth is the Afro Riders gang were pretty famous around East City, terrorizing the city until being blown away due to a tornado to Diablo Desert, where their lives started getting miserable by the moment they stayed there. First was that pyramid that turned out being haunted 100%, mummies and ghosts roaming the 'castle' around the ruins, along with other strange creatures such as vampires. They entered there knowing of a great treasure they could sell for a lot of money if they achieve it, but they chickened out from the first moment of entering the castle, looking closely at a grave of an Egyptian person (so it seems), a mummy to be precise, rising as they touched him. Running away with their tails between their legs, Afro Riders left the pyramid untouched for the moment, until they get good enough to go there. Scary place indeed.

The pyramid was already something no one ever wanted to meet, let alone the desert itself, where anyone can get lost too easily and die from starvation probably or most likely from thirst. Not much to do during these days, I suppose. Other gangs and criminals decided to settle the place as their homeland and made 'Thief Village' over there from supplies they stole during their lives. They lived the same way as Yamcha, but the two were attacking different areas and cities, plus neither knew of each others' existence. For sure of these two will meet, the Hyena King will demolish their homes and take away all their money and capsules. What's worse about the desert was the heat. It was so hot in there, Afro Riders felt like they were about to faint any minute from first arriving at the desert, but having not much choices they got used to it in time, somehow making their habits different and adapting to the hot weather, the lack of water and the dry land which is hard to walk in. At those moments, three locations were roaming the desert, one being interrupted by Yamcha and Puar. "Dammit, I'm sick'a this stupid bandit guy! That cat annoys me too!!" "Well, nothin' much left ta do 'bout that huh..." "Why being so pessimistic? Maybe if we use them in a way they'll let us join them!! "Shut up Greg, I don't need this from you right now. So, what'dwe do then?" The gangsters thought while in their base, everyone speaking of a different solution. Surprisingly they had many members with all sorts of personalities. They had a leader, but it was too long since they last saw him, he was probably left back at East City.

Desperate about what happening to their gang, the gangsters thought deeply of a plan that would take out Yamcha and Puar by the time. They can't let them reign over Diablo Desert forever as they have plans to take over it as well, after all. I mean, if they're already stuck there, why not use the opportunity to terrorize people who go over at these parts too. Afro Riders were getting the small bandit sense back from being in East City, 'taking care' of many bad things that were happening at the place. They were a fearsome gang, but currently they were treated as if they were small toys who you can play with every time you'd want to. This made them all angry, of course. Their leader's name was Ikuto, a great and strong guy with a strong mind and the most powerful body in the world, that's what they decided. They followed his words no matter where or when, or even what was the situation they were pushed into. One of the gang members had a strong feeling they will see Ikuto sooner or later, once they get to finish off Yamcha and Puar at the very least. But he was wrong, as the two Z Fighters can't be taken out by a small bunch of humans who think they can pack a few powerful hits upon anyone, being overconfident and all. This was their source of defeat, there's simply no way you'd win against someone that strong with only confident, and over confident that actually makes you think there's no one in the world that can defeat you. Though, of course, this was applying for Thief Village and Kung Pao (Yamcha and Puar's house) as well. These gangs all thought they were invincible, simply having no weaknesses whatsoever, until they all met together.

And so, depressed a bit, the gang of gangsters known as Afro Riders remained disturbed by their current state, keeping on with their normal life, only disappointed by the fact that they can't take down a single man and a cat. These two had special powers, taking them out wouldn't be so easy after all. If only they had special powers too, it wouldn't have been hard at all defeating Yamcha and Puar, the two desert bandits who keep interfering with their work every single time. All they asked for in the first place was to be able to disturb other people's lives, living over it. They are, after all, gangsters. On the other hand, many people would have asked that the Afro Riders never existed on the first place, as they were terrorizing them in Diablo Desert and in East City, wherever they went the gang of gangsters were there, keeping on with their doings of terror. But now, no one would be able to not being sorry for these guys, who keep failing all the time because of a really hard obstacle they can't overcome. That obstacle was their rival gang from one side, but from the other it was simply a child's play - Kung Pao, Yamcha and Puar, the duo Z Fighters with awesome strength and special powers that can't be taken lightly by anyone, that is. The Afro Riders had to stay hidden within their base as if they were small rats who were afraid of the sunlight and the world outside, thus they cannot leave their den. Simply sitting and doing nothing, the gangsters kept quiet as they simply talked to each other in their small base underground, drinking beer and eating chicken, as that's pretty much the only thing they managed to obtain within these days, thanks to Yamcha's generosity, giving them those supplies. They still hated them with their whole heart, though.

But they couldn't give up on hope just yet. They still had some things coming. They couldn't have guessed this, but on his way, a visitor on their side was approaching the area to the rescue of the strange gang called Afro Riders. The gang consisted of many members, around a thousand in numbers, with one fifth out of them being women. That never really mattered, but it would have made Yamcha's work against this strange gang a bit harder, as he did have a hard time attacking and harming girls on purpose, that is. Nobody likes to do that unless you're a girl yourself and you have the kind of personality and style to commit such deeds, hurting females this means. But no one cares about the gender when it comes to the lives over the crime land. The Afro Riders almost lost all hope while they were depressed, but their pride was on the line, the pride of a gang, which couldn't let them give up so easily over the title 'terrorizing gang' or the rulers of Diablo Desert. They dreamed of being the strongest gang ever created aside for simply enjoying life by bullying others and killing for fun, they were somehow evil but still, feeling sorry for them at their current state was completely impossible. They had no idea though, that their bad state of luck was about to change forever, no one knows if for good or for the bad. Someone was approaching towards their direction, with them not knowing anything about it. That someone seemed to have already been familiar with Diablo Desert and its areas, along with every base located anywhere, and thus was easily able to find the Afro Riders gang's secret hiding place with ease. But this guy wasn't the bandit of the desert.

The guy which approached the Afro Riders' secret hiding place had a motorcycle, as it was heard from down below and around everywhere near that vehicle that man was carrying with him after turning it back into a capsule once finishing the need to use it, as that guy has already reached his destination - right above the Afro Riders' secret hiding place in Diablo Desert. They did need one, if they were planning to stay there for the while and rule over the desert, and that man knew exactly where to search for them, and so it seems - he was right about the coordinates and destination he was seeking. Once going down reaching the Afro Riders' secret base's ground floor, he simply went nearby everyone, and as he passed near them, they all silenced up without even talking to the guy, each one at their turn shutting up their mouth once they see who the man who was keeping to walk between the desks and tables the gangsters were sitting next to and drinking beer. He turned out being someone really important, as the gangsters were all in shock to see the guy dressed in a large brown coat covering his whole body, a black hat like a Mafia man and the spiky hair, blue colored. It was another gangsters, but unbelievably it was someone much stronger than the other members of the Afro Riders gang members, though he looked as if he was one of them too, having the strange hair color like most of the people down in that ground floor. He stepped up on a boulder that was made for others to make announcements to the whole team, informing them of what's about to come. He simply turned to them and started with his speech, as all silenced up immediately.

"Greetings Afro Riders gang, it seems that we meet again my long gone seen friends. It has indeed been a long while since I last saw you in East City, simply roaming the city and causing trouble for everyone, those were indeed good days I must admit. I have been enjoying myself as well as you guys, but I'm unsure of your current state my dear friends. It seems you're in quite a trouble, an obstacle that you some why can't overcome by yourself. I will comment, are the Afro Riders really that weak? Have you all had that large weakness against a simple man and a small cat, fighting against all one thousand members that have been gathered here today - and still losing to them? You're bringing shame to the name of the gang members and the name Afro Riders, the people in East City have no more need to worry whenever we appear or if we don't, because lately our times of crime has been dramatically reduced thanks to a bandit and a small cat, both attacking us time and again defeating this gang over and over. I ask thee, don't you want to finally get this over with? We want to rule over Diablo Desert eventually, why not do it as soon as possible? I'll tell you my idea. We will have to defeat them in their own game, simply using our own mind tricks to fool them into thinking they can actually defeat us, but they won't really have to see this coming after all. Since we, although what we seem, can fool them into thinking we've lost, but the time for us to work has come sooner than expected. I suppose all of you would want to rule over these lands as soon as possible, and so if your will says so, my will may follow. Our plan is perfect, but you'll have to follow every step in this plan for it to succeed. And before we start, I want to take you all into a small place I would call 'makeover house'. Trust me, it will pay off to you."

It was a terribly odd scene. As the guy spoke to the gangsters from the Afro Riders gang, talking as if he can understand them and probably is a part of their team as well, instead of interfering like they might do or would predictably do when someone speeches over, they all listened with their fully serious state to the words of the man standing in-front of them. It was no surprise at all though, as the guy who stood and made his speech to the large amount of people in the area was no one else than the one who was supposed to be dead a long time ago, the Afro Riders' real founder and leader, the one who controls above all gangsters in East City and over Afro Riders' people, the one named 'Iron Maiden' Ikuto. The name Iron Maiden was given to him simply because that was his favorite band, the Iron Maiden, but also because his fists were hard enough to crush steel, and his personality was as cold and soulless as metal. So the stories about this fearsome man told, though, the Afro Riders only saw Ikuto in work once in their life, and he never bothered to use his fists during that time. He simple kept a secret his special power from everyone, also wearing this strange new brown coat as if he was an inspector, which was currently in the middle of doing his job, probably arresting all gang members. Then again, their loyalty to that man was so great, that they'd follow him to the pits of hell with fear, yet with no doubt at all. And so, even if they were meant to go to prison for 25 years, they'd do it if it was by Ikuto's word. Lucky for them, that wasn't Ikuto's current destination for his precious gang members that soon would become a lot stronger, due to his small secret that is about to be revealed.

The Afro Riders gang remained silent the whole time ever since Ikuto came to greet them and tell them of his great plan that would help the gang finally achieve their goal and defeat Yamcha and Puar, gaining control over Diablo Desert, as going back to East City at their current state is nearly impossible, so it is indeed better to start off again from the beginning and rule over the area they're already found at. Leading them out of their den, Iron Maiden Ikuto threw the capsule that contained his motorcycle, while the Afro Riders gang thought he defeated Yamcha and took away that bike, probably since they seemed very similar. Now they were all cheered up, thinking their leader is taking them out of this desert to become stronger, then they'll return and start their reign over everywhere in the world thanks to their Messiah, Iron Maiden Ikuto, though the great leader had a whole different thing in mind. He closed his coat and made it tighter so his gang won't be able to see what's underneath it, although it would seem strange, as what could he possibly be hiding. He's a mere human like they are, right? The gangsters took out their capsules and each used it to have five gangsters fitting inside one car each time, simply having a useful way of driving their over 1,000 members, leaded by Ikuto currently. That guy was dangerous, being able to gain control over so many people without even lifting a finger, simply having to use his mouth for that, thus if it was true the desert bandit Yamcha will have a hard time attacking him, as he might tell his followers to attack until they have no energy left within them, finishing them off each easily without much trouble at all, but also taking out their lives while doing so, which would make Yamcha evil.

The huge gang started to hit the sand road with their cars as they followed their leader Ikuto, not having any idea what is he planning to do with them, also not worrying about it much. They wouldn't care about it anyway, he always led them to victory in their past actions with that amazing guy with capabilities beyond anything any human must have seen, probably that's going to change any sooner, as Yamcha and Puar were at their den, looking at the gangsters as they were... Heading out of the desert? It seemed strange for the strange duo, looking at the gangsters, well, Puar was the one to watch as Yamcha was simply training his body to the fullest in order to become stronger, being able to take down that gang easily, more easily than before that is. Though, he had a different thing on his mind currently. The small cat hurried to inform Yamcha of what he saw, thinking the Afro Riders gang finally left Diablo Desert for good, meaning the bandit can reign over again. But that wasn't it. The gangsters were merely following their leader to wherever he decided to take that bunch, that very large bunch. Most guessed where would he be taking them, but they were all wrong, as no one got to see what was hiding beneath Ikuto's inspector coat, that was long enough to cover his whole body, including his legs. That was a mystery even their minds can't figure out, as no one would even think that great man would do such a thing to them. Ikuto was leading the gangs through a motorcycle, which was much faster than the gang's cars, and usually, being a gangster he'd leave them behind and drive at full speed, but he didn't do that. He drove at the same speed as the maximum their cars are capable of, simply waiting. It wasn't suspicious to the gangsters, but to any other normal person it would look like something fishy is happening.

And so, the gang drove for a full hour, not suspecting their leader at all. The maximum speed of their cars driving in the desert was merely 80 M/PH, not much for a usual car, but they still drove at that maximum speed heading closer and closer to Ikuto's destination, his own idea of a great place to take his gang to in order to make them better and stronger in a few seconds, so he meant. No one would have suggested the right option of what is that great Iron Maiden thinking of doing to his gang, as no one would have ever thought he'd do such a thing to himself, not caring at all about what would be of his gang, willing to sacrifice them like that carelessly. But they still trusted him to the fullest, not caring of what may happen to them, but still not stopping to fear every moment to get to commit that strange feeling. They had no idea he's about to change their lives forever with the next doing he's going to commit with them, or their bodies more precisely. The gang found themselves driving behind the back of a great leader with no caring whatsoever for his comrades, as they were heading some kinds of strange group of rocks which happened to look like any other ordinary group of large mountains in the desert, but those were different from the rest of the mountains found at the desert's area, so Ikuto told his gang. It was strange, as the closer they got, they could notice a strange thing about that group of mountains laying before them. The front of the boulders was as smooth as if it was made of metal. Like it was some kind of door or something similar, so they imagined to themselves. Turns out after not such a long while, they were all right about that. Ikuto led them to a capitalized area in the desert. This was when they were filled with fear.

Ikuto stopped his motorcycle just near the entrance to that so called mountain, as well as the rest of the Afro Riders gang, simply waiting for their great leader to commit his move, expecting him to blast off the door with a punch or something similar that would prove him to be a strong warrior that's capable of defeating anyone, or simply to show how tough he is to his followers. But they were wrong. As they remained silent the whole time, they never bothered asking the Iron Maiden where are they heading, not having any idea that where the leader took them was a laboratory in the middle of the desert. He simply advanced towards the door and it opened, revealing complete darkness inside. Turning to his followers, he removed his hat to show his blue hair's tip, having really smooth hair at the start of the head, but as it kept on it became spiky. None of the gang members cared though, in response for Ikuto's current doing. He suddenly opened his mouth, about to tell them something that they might find interesting. "Welcome my followers. Afro Riders, behold. We have finally arrived at our next destination which would lead to our victory. Shall we enter then?" He asked his small gang with a thrilling voice. Not much choices were given to the poor gang formed of one thousand people who were soon about to undergo a huge change in their life. Now, they knew what is about to happen to them, or so they guessed.

Entering the darkness filled laboratory, the gangsters waited for a long time as they walked behind their leader, not being able to see anything, but are feeling each others bodies, simply sticking to each other literally. One of the gang members followed Ikuto's body, holding on to his shoulder with his palm. He did feel something was strange about that guy's body, as his shoulder was colder than the average human body temperature, and it felt a lot harder than it should feel. Sticking with each other passing through the dark laboratory, they finally arrived at a place with small light sources. Ikuto started heading forward quickly, and having not much to do to prevent that, the Afro Riders went after their leader like small innocent puppies that adored their father, in this case - their master, leader and founder. The gangsters arrived at a strange place sooner or later, entering the room unwillingly, though doing so anyway. Iron Maiden Ikuto then disappeared of the gangster's palm, meaning he went away, leaving his gang to stand still, not doing anything but simply standing still, waiting to see what would happen to them next. Suddenly, the whole room was lighted up, revealing what's inside. The gangsters looked thrilled on a huge machine that made the whole room's temperature hotter than it should be. Ikuto was leading the Afro Riders into a place where they would all be changed into something inhuman.

The Afro Riders looked with horror at the huge machine, at the whole room to be exact. The machine took out around 80% of the room while the rest were samples of metal objects and weapons inside closets, stuck to the wall, probably because they all failed their creators, so they guessed. Iron Maiden Ikuto then started to unbutton his coat, revealing his body to the gangsters which he led to the area. As the coat was removed, some of the Afro Riders gangsters fainted immediately, while the others who had a bit stronger mind looked in horror and wrath going in their mind at the body of their so called leader, founder and father. His whole body was metallic, Ikuto made himself into a cyborg with a humanoid-type body with strange patterns going all over his body. He introduced his gang to the machine which was about to affect them as well. "Welcome, my dear followers, to the new world's core. This is where all of your emotions would disappear, where all your limitations as humans would not be deleted, but would get far away from you, as here you will improve and become a stronger race. This is where we begin to reign over Diablo Desert, with the start of taking care of the annoying desert bandit which non of you has known, but has used to be a student of the grand martial artist master - Master Roshi. His name is Yamcha and his partner's name is Puar, and they contain inhuman powers that could defeat anyone. But no more. We will put an end to him in the next three nights."

After hearing out their leader's speech before turning all of them into whatever they would become thanks to this machine Ikuto seems to have so much faith in, the Afro Riders' minds were filled with rage, regret and fear at the same time, some of them breaking into tears while the others simply showed an angry face, which their leader seemed not to care about at all, only laughing about them loudly for their strange behavior, the reaction to that body of his and to his report and message. The gangsters started to murmur until someone interrupted and shouted right away, breaking up. "You... You bastard!!! What do you take us for, huh!? We've followed you to the ends of the world until we were all blown away, do you have any idea how hard it was for us to survive here!!? And now you attempt to take all of our lives away and throw it into a pile of metal and junk!! You're such a-" "Yes, I do. I don't care about either of your bodies, but your lives are important. Stay with me in this metallic form of mine, and we will all live forever with no concerns over food, water or any human needs." He cut Greg's words in the middle, replying to him. His reply was of course a lie, but it was just about enough to convince every gangster in the area that Ikuto means only to help them with their quest to defeat the current ruler over Diablo Desert - Yamcha. Gulping, Greg stepped up first to face the machine. Everyone looked thrilled to the result of what happened to Greg after he went out of the machine. After him, all of them entered in turns. Iron Maiden's plan was successful, and it was time to start the mission to take down Yamcha.
