VICTOR positions one of his hands into a gun like form and gathers red colored Ki at the middle of his middle and index fingers. You need to pay attention towards his hand to actually see that there is a small exposure of Ki. Once he believes to store enough Ki unto his hand he releases it. However the form the Ki takes after being released it's quite thin and so it's hard to see it making others believe that he hadn't done anything at all. However that is not the case. It is actually a beam unlike a Ki wave or any of the sort but a beam that stops to a certain lenght and stays there connected to the middle of his fingers. Like so VICTOR can move his hand and so the Ki Beam follows it as if it was a sword. It can go to a max of 7 meters.

Characters story: There once was a woman from Germany, that woman was named Dr. Vergio. She had always thought of machinery to be exciting and so she built robots and continuously kept on improving her robots. She had robots for practically anything you could ask for, but she had grown tired. It was always the same little thing, with practically the same design. One day she had decided to put her skills into use and to construct a Humanoid Robot. This had taken her many years of trial and error but she had finally succesfully built a Android. She had decided to call it VICTOR, this Android was designed to do practically anything and so she had disposed her other robots seeing as she had no real need for them anymore.

The Android had done whatever she wanted, whenever she had asked for it. But she was bored with it, she was more hoping for it to be more human like instead of being like this. She shut off VICTOR and continued to improve of him. She had given him the ability of speech and also the ability to learn. Unlike many other Androids, they are built with a type of memory card carrying all the information that they should need, but VICTOR was different. He learned, as if he was a human being. It took him a while to be properly educated but however Dr. Vergio was still bored with her Android. So as she had usually done, she kept on shutting him off and kept on improving him. However that just didn't cut it, she was still bored with all of this, nothing was giving her pleasure. She had decided to permanently Shut Off VICTOR and to wipe out his memory card and so. She had went outside of her laboratory outside of the town far within the forest, she pulled off of a gun and committed suicide.

Years had passed since then, but strangely enough VICTOR was reactivated by a bunch of children who were exploring outside of their town and who managed to find the laboratory. He could not speak, nor could he very much understand his memory of his past was wiped out. He couldn't even remember to move but he had caught on quickly with that. So, he had became friends with the children who had reactivated him even though he still wasn't able to speak. The children had given him the name of Victor as they had thought that, that was his name as they saw the logo behind his shirt which was written with red letters VICTOR. So that's how the story takes place.

Not to be rude or anything, but I checked out Memberlist and found out that Android 17 wasn't on since the 1st of November... besides I don't think you should decide for other people... unless your Android 17 or something.

I told him today on the phone that he'll have a bb, in which he accepted. I wouldn't say that it would be a person unless I knew he would be all right with it. He'll post tomorrow when ever he is ready.
