Gatling Kick: Dural gets the opponent into a good stance for this attack. Dural then starts to kick them until they go flying
Liquid Beam: Dural sends liquid from his arm at the opponent.
Liquid Wrap: Dural wraps the opponent in Liquid, giving Dural time to charge up his next attack.

Characters story: Dural was a fighter created by the company J6. J6 created Dural for the World Grapple Tournaments, people think that Dural is a robot that was programed, but he was actually created from the Liquid hydrogens that are in water. Dural was sent to the third World Grapple Tournament to find Sarah Bryant, something that he did successfully. Dural is an extreme fighter, never beaten, he had now made it to the finals, but before his match, he took Sarah Bryant back to J6. J6 wanted Sarah Bryant for her techniques at ki mastering, to make a Dural-S. Dural is the first creation from J6.

Dural entered the ring with Kage Maru, Kage Maru's reason for joining the tournament was to interrogate J6, to find his mother, who had been taken for tests, Kage Maru doesn't know this, but J6 captured Kage's mother for tests to make another upgrade for Dural, but the tests failed and Kage Maru's mother was killed, she was useless junk Dural had been told by the CEO of J6. Dural does have a mind of his own, he can speak, but usually has no one to talk to. So, Dural fought Kage Maru, it was a 3 round bout, rounds could be won by knock out, ring out or time up. Dural had won the first round, but then Kage Maru got the upper hand and unleashed his Ji Jutsu martial arts, and knocked Dural out, Dural was unable to participate in further rounds.

Dural returned to J6 after being defeated by Kage Maru. The CEO came up to Dural and told him that they were going to destroy him immediately, for failing his mission, to win the World Grapple Tournament. Dural ran out side the company before the Lab man had come to take him away. When Dural ran out, he saw the man he just lost to, Kage Maru. "Where are you going?" Kage Maru asked in Japanese. "J6, they killed your mother, I am very sorry, they were going to create another version of me with her, but the tests failed, I need to go!" Dural replied, speaking Japanese so Kage could understand him.

Then, Dural saw a flier for the World Grapple Tournament 4.

Dural has the ability to hide his liquid identity and change into a human form, Dural can change into everything, whatever he thinks of, he can change into it.

Wind Tempest:
Dural has gained wings. His skin color has turned white, he can now fly.

Powerlevel Requirement: 600,000
Powerlevel Gain: 2x Original Powerlevel

Dark Tempest:
Dural's skin turns a deadly black. His wings have grown bigger and his poison attacks have grown stronger.

Powerlevel Requirement: 5,000,000
Powerlevel Gain: 3x Original Powerlevel


Light Tempest:
Dural now looks like an angel, he has surpassed everything, only one Dural can do this, and that is the original.

Powerlevel Requirement: 20,000,000
Powerlevel Gain: 3x Original Powerlevel

I would say make liquid tempest a 1.5x gain to Power level then I would approve it though this is one I am more comfortable giving over to an admin as for your BB uh I think I will give you to Wolf
