Meteor Punch: By charging his ki into his fist, Meraxa can increase the effect and impact of it - all with the white glowing effect - from punching a hole into a wall, to punching out a building, and - in theory if he amasses enough power some day - punch out a planet.
RyuuKousen: Literally translated as "Dragon Beam", Meraxa folds his arms across his chest in an X shape as he charges the energy. From there he then thrusts out both hands as he fires off the attack, which can home in on the target, with the head being shaped like a dragon's - hence the name.
Omega Burst: This technique is one that requires at least half his original ki - or all that remains if there isn't that much - to perform. He channels all that ki inside him, compressing it, concentrating it, before suddenly releasing it all in one explosion, which though at low levels would only leave a small crater, it'll get more and more noticeable on the richter scale as his power - and subsequently its - grows.
Planet you want to start on: Earth
Characters story: Meraxa is of a generation that did not grow up with the worries of the martial artists of old, instead being thrust into the academic circle of life. He didn't like that too much in all honesty. He watched the old tapes of the martial arts tournaments, in particular the ones involving 'ki' attacks, which made modern weapons like children's toys. This fascination however for a long time remained just that - a fascination. He made no kind of plans to actually take up martial arts - it was dangerous. And he didn't have the motivation for it, he was a kid in school, and didn't have any wants for revenge - except on the occasional bully, but that didn't really justify using martial arts when a good baseball bat would suffice. And then, instead of finding the motivation, it kinda came to him.
In the form of a bullet to the right shoulder. He'd obtained the wound when he'd made the rash, reckless, and selfless decision to tackle a thug before he could do unspeakable things to one of his female classmates. She got away quickly, whilst Meraxa was thrown to the wall and then shot, with the thug leaving under the assumption Meraxa would be a corpse in a few hours. Instead the girl from before returned, an ambulance led there shortly after by directions via her cellphone. He almost didn't make it, since though not damaging any vital organs, that was still a lot of blood to lose. Once he was fully patched up and out of the hospital, he had his motivation for martial arts - to use to protect people, who could not protect themselves.
And so he set out into the world with his parent's permission, and began tutelage under many masters. Each one brought a different aspect of the arts into his life, in no particular order of mental discipline, physical discipline, reflexes, timing, taijutsu, bojutsu, and lastly - ki arts. He put all his effort into these, despite having no real talent or even knowledge of just how little would be achieved from this when compared to the greatest of universal champions. But he wasn't thinking on the intergalactic scale now was he? He was just thinking about the people of his home - not those a thousand solar systems away. Oh just how little did he know of what was about to unfold...
