Characters Techniques:

Energy Dicer- Small strings of ki energy produced by Zichi's finger tips. He will usually ensnare his foes in them, and then cross his arms, slicing the energy through them.

Minimize- A beam of ki fired from Zichi's palms. The energy infuses into the target, and drasticaly reduces them in size. It does not decrease the opponents powerlevel, but it does cut their defense against his attacks. He will usually swallow his opponents whole after beating them.

Tail Smack- Zichi charges his tail full of ki, and smashes it down over the opponent. Mostly used as a taunt move.

Raining Apocalypse- Energy fills Zichi's palms as he dashes into the air, firing down a storm of ki blasts and bolts, falling in all directions. They wildly devistating to enviroments, it's not all that damaging to individuals. Those with a powerlevel less then 50, however, will be in a great deal of trouble.

Gaia Bolt- A huge beam of blue energy, fired from Zichi's hands. The key feature of the blast is that it rotates slightly, making it difficult to determine it's true course.

Characters story:

Some time in the past, the formerly mythological Legendary Saiyans began to be born with surprising frequency. Some were feared, some hated, and few embraced. Zichi fell into the latter category, though perhaps it would have been better if he hadn't. Zichi's parents saw his immense powerlevel to be a blessing, and from an early age told him that he was destined to be Vegeta's greatest warrior. There were many other legendarys of course, but he was told that they were simply footnotes. He was the true Legendary Super Saiyan. Zichi was obsessed with this possiblity, and developed a horrific ego. It became worse, however, when he created his "Minimize" technique. Using it he began to not only defeat other children, but to eat them alive! He stated that, in fact, the other legendaries were intended as food for the true Legendary Super Saiyan! Needless to say this did not go over well, and a number of adult and child saiyans confronted him. Zichi was immensely powerful for his age, but could not stand up to such opposition.

After his defeat, Zichi fled, allowed to escape by his parents. Though they told him to never show himself to them again. However his exile from his home has done nothing for the boy's attitude. His ultimate goal is to defeat King Vegeta and take control of the entire saiyan race, after eating all the other legendaries of course. At the moment, though, he has mostly become a bandit. Ambushing travelers both for possession, and simply for fun. He is also wildly destructive, and has invented a technique known as "Raining Apocalypse". It does almost no damage to the average saiyan, but is capable of wiping a city off the map. This is rather in contrast to Zichi's overall personality. He is a fairly intellegent boy who speaks in a very matter-of-factly way, and is almost always cheerful. Though his malicious nature can make it rather unnerving. Such as him happily informing someone "By the way, I'm going to kill you now." He can be genuinely friendly at times, and if treated well, but this will rarely stay in place for long. And if it's in his interest, in any way, he will betray his "friends" without a second thought.
