Airborn Infection: From starting out in life as just a puddle of goo, Vican has figured out a way to get what he wanted. By training his body and Ki to a point where it would fuse, Vican would send out small almost non existant waves of ki/his body around him so that anyone around him when this technique is active woud either inhale or incidentally absorb his ki. Thus infecting them.
