Of course she look a lot smaller in her first stage, she is about 3'2 at first.

What are your starting techniques: Split Form{Since she is made out of a liquid like substance, she can split into two beings{until mastered.}
Goo Ball Whip-Surronds you with a sphere of goo or metal like, depending on what form{body state} Once you're surrounded by the sphere you will be beaten with multiple whips of goo.

Characters story: Lynn Fukosuto, a mere little girl who don't know how to appoach life,she have no evil or good intention, she live to better her life and to keep it stable. Lynn never really had any parents or caretakers to guide her through life, giving her that tough backbone most females would not have. She is very playful and nice, sweet with a heart that will remain a child until she grow old, older then most. This sugar coated girl also have her sour side, piss her off and it is a bomb to run for.
Lynn plans are to travel to Earth, after her training and study on the New Planet Tuffle. With her parents dead which died infront of her, by the ruthless Saiyans, forcing the thoughs in her mind to leave. With every ounce of her brain and body she have set it to be her main goal. She have hope that her long lost brother could be there, but if not it wouldn't delay her from her plans, with the resources of Earth Lynn knew it would be more then enough to build her lab.
