Characters Techniques: Kokuryuu Bakuhatsu: A powerful single blast charged with one hand. On impact it makes a large explosion covering a wide area.
Hakuryuu Raansu: A flaming white arrow/javelin appears in Ryusaki's hands. When thrown can bend to follow Ryusaki's hand movements to an extent. Can peirce through rock and un concentrated weaker blasts. Yet when hit by something strong enough, powerful attack, strong rock etc will explode in a wide destructive way. Also can explode on Ryusaki's command.
Planet you want to start on: Planet Vegeta
Characters story: Ryusaki was the son of a ver strong sayain, highly revered and respected throughtout the entire area. Also a high class saiyan warrior. Unfortunatly this couldnt be said for Ryusaki even since birth. He was weak and often a slow learner. He was made fun of for how week he was sometimes even jumped b other saiyans his age. Looking to prove there superiority over him. As time went on his father held hopes that it was just a phase. That he would outgrow it and his power level will eventually at least go to normal. Instead after a while Ryusaki's father slowly began to lose hope. He began to distince himself, even more than sayains usually do. Everytime Ryusaki began to feel a little bit of personal improvement he would go to show his father. It was one thing to be looked down on by people around you. Even the people who ran the training room, to mark sayian progress and rank laughed as he would walk in. But when his father still shook his head in disapproval. To show that he was still below everyone else it showed how worthless a lack of power was on planet Vegeta. People began to see him as a lost cause, just someone to beat up on when bored and ignore. He was often called a true disgrace to the sayain race. As time went on and scars from training and trying to defend himself piled up, Ryusaki began to beleive all that he heard among other things. He developed the mindset that there are people that are born with power and people born without. No matter what you do those born with power will always be superior, and it doesnt matter how hard you work. If your born at the bottom you will stay at the bottom. Even though he beleived this he worked. Not to become better than other people but to show his father that he could be better. He trained in secret now a silent person that kept to himself. Rarley talking to people unless talked to first, when he looked around he only saw the people that looked down on him and became sickened with them. As time went past he tried to prove himself to his father one more time. It looked like he had finally made imporvement the acceptance he had longed for from his father finallly getting. It was too late for him, he had only done it as proof but now he wanted nothing but revenge. He hunted down the last people who used to beat him up. He killed them off one by one leaving a mystery as to who did it. He remained a memeber of the saiyan society training for what he claims is there knowledge of technology can help him. His intentions are to take revenge on those who made him feel like an outcast his entire life. Through strategy, cunning and brute strength he eventually intends to upset the delicaate balance of the universe.
