Victor vs 17

Android 17 stood on the edge of the sky scrape, the tallest of all West City. The wind blew in a great gust onto his face which would have blown any other normal creature off it's height to the concrete streets below. The look on the android's face was plain and emotionless with the exception of the occasional flicker of anger.
"That thing has been chasing me since that little meet, damn Sin for convincing me to be on this pathetic team." He spat down into the ground below, not caring if the drop of liquid hit anyone.

Victor was walking onto thr streets of West City. He was there to pick up some groceries as you could see as he had his hands full of plastic bags with food within them. There was so many plastic bags that you just couldn't see Victor that well for he was practically hidden in them. However as Android 17 spat down into the ground below it had hit Victor directly on his head. Was it raining? He though as he had felt some liquid dropping unto his head. But he could clearly see that it wasn't raining as he waited for a few seconds to check around him to see if it was raining. So in curiosity he looked up to see a boy on a building.

Looking down at the street where he had spat he saw the droplet hit a boy groceries, this image reminded him of a mother with to many children for her own good. He laughed into the air not caring for the few who looked up to his laugh being echoed in the streets. "What a loser." He exclaimed to himself as the boy looked up, seemingly looking for signs of rain. "Idiots are idiots I guess!" He chuckled to himself now kicking a small rock that sat at his feet down to the boy in hopes that would strike him as well.

As Victor kept watch above himself he saw a rock falling down. Seemingly the person up there must be aware what he was doing. As the rock was about to hit Victor on his head, the rock went back up aiming for the person's head. What happened was that Victor had dropped his bags pretty quickly and grabbed the rock and threw it, once the rock had been thrown he had picked up the grocery bags that he dropped before they touched the ground. This gave the illusion that nothing at all happened and for some illogical reason the rock went back up at a different angle to hit the person up there. However you could visibly see that the grocery bags were switched around if you were close enough.

He watched as if in slow motion as the boy dropped his belongings and grabbed the falling rock which came from 17 then throwing it right back up to the android as he switched his grocieries in a mere moment. Smiling he put his hand forward gently as the rock was grasped quickly into the palm of his hand.

"Not bad." He said smiling to himself. "But I'll go to see how he'll do in a confrontation."
Taking a step forward as if to walk on solid ground 17 fell through the air, his hair went flying upwards as his body fell at a great speed before crashing to the ground. Due to his metallic body the fall made a small crater in the ground with smoke plunging into the air. Some people screamed as they watched the young man's body collide with the ground and some ran in fear of what happened, but 17 merely walked out of the smoke towards the boy with a smile on his face.

Victor was a bit surprised as the person he saw dropped unto the ground and caused a Crater. He was amazed on how he didn't harm himself with that fall, Victor guessed that this person wasn't normal. Victor then looked around him and saw people fleeing and screaming. He didn't like this, it was annoying him a bit. As the person walked out of the smoke, he had a smile on his face. Victor wondered why but then he got reminded of the children that were friends with him. So he ignored what happened and started to walk towards the person as he was within his way, but as he was near the person he was skipping him and continuing his route.

"Not so fast boy." He said as the man passed him, knowing that this would stop him. "I saw how you through that rock back up at me." He noted on how easily the boy had reacted to the falling object. The wind began to cut through the buildings now, people began running indoors form this sudden storm. "Are you strong?" He asked simply.

Victor had stopped as he had heard the boy saying "Not so fast boy". He then turned himself to face towards the boy. Once he had heard his question, he didn't know how to respond. Literally. He had never talked as far as he knew, he only took orders and helped the children that were friends with him. He hadn't much of a clue what he could do to notify the person that yes that he was strong but if it meant a fight he wasn't quite interested into that. He though he should just shake his head up and down as a way to answer his question with a yes.
